Information and Privacy Commissioner

The Information and Privacy Commissioner is an independent officer of the Legislative Assembly. The Information and Privacy Commissioner ensures that public bodies subject to the ATIPP Act respect the privacy and access rights of Nunavummiut. If you have a complaint about your privacy or access to information, you can contact the Information and Privacy Commissioner to investigate your grievance further.

The current Information and Privacy Commissioner is Graham Steele.
