Socio-Economic Monitoring Committees

The division of Minerals and Petroleum Resources co-ordinates the three regional Socio-Economic Monitoring Committees (SEMC) in the territory. These SEMCs were established to assess the health of our communities through a regional monitoring approach in collaboration with the Government of Canada, hamlets, industry, Regional Inuit Associations, and other interested parties. For more information, please visit the SEMC website.
