Pink Shirt Day 2023

Wednesday, February 22, 2023, is Pink Shirt Day. We participate each year to encourage schools and communities to take a stand against bullying by wearing pink.

This year’s theme is Ajunngittugut: Be Kind and Lift Each Other Up!

Schools and communities are encouraged to wear pink to demonstrate Inuuqatigiitsiarniq: respect and caring for each other.

By engaging in Pink Shirt Day activities, we can start conversations and take a step forward, towards helping and healing.
