The Department of Health is announcing that Moderna’s bivalent mRNA COVID-19 vaccine eligibility has expanded to Elders living in the community who are 65 years and older, as well as immunocompromised Nunavummiut aged 12 and older.

The Department of Health is issuing a community-wide boil water advisory for the Hamlet of Rankin Inlet, due to work to replace the utilidor in the Johnson Cove area.

The Department of Health is advising residents of Rankin Inlet of a fox that attacked two domestic dogs on September 23.
