Today, the Department of Health is announcing that, following approval by Health Canada, Moderna’s Spikevax Bivalent mRNA COVID-19 vaccine is now available in Nunavut.
Dr. Michael Patterson, Nunavut’s Chief Public Health Officer (CPHO), is announcing 37 new cases of COVID-19 in Nunavut, with active cases now in Baker Lake, Igloolik and Arviat.
Today, Nunavut has 151 active cases of COVID-19. Four new cases have been identified in Arviat, bringing the community’s total number of positive cases to 119.
Today, Nunavut has 131 active cases of COVID-19. Five new cases have been identified in Arviat, bringing the community’s number of active cases to 106. Nunavut now has a total of 33 recovered cases.
Today, Nunavut has 142 active cases of COVID-19. Nine new cases have been confirmed in Arviat for a total of 107 positive cases. Rankin Inlet has one new case, for a community total of 19 positive cases.
