It will cover elements such as the role and responsibilities of the minute-taker, skills needed (listening & questioning), how to prepare before the meeting, and how to write up and distribute the minutes after the meeting.

It will cover topics such as juggling multiple priorities, planning and time management, handling difficult conversations, dealing with stress, and setting personal goals.
