Are you new to word processing? Are you looking for an easy way to create, edit, and print documents? Or are you an experienced user, ready to design and insert graphics, produce beautiful title pages, and create tables? Then we have just the course for you! Word 2010 Foundation is for beginner users. No previous experience with Word is required. You will learn to create and print documents, work with styles, add bullets and numbering, hyperlinks, headers, footers and much more.
This course covers the equivalent of two full days of classroom content, delivered over three weeks online. Live classes using Adobe Connect allow the facilitator to cover content and answer questions and these live classes create a community of learners. Participants complete activities online at their pace, at work or at home. Word 2010 Foundation includes a downloadable course manual with all course information, which can be printed out or kept on your computer for quick reference after you finish the course. This will allow you to learn from your facilitator, ask questions and meet other course participants. The rest of the course can be completed on your own time and at your own pace, either at home or at work.
Schedule: Six live online classes: Twice a week - 1 hour each during EST working hours. Days & times will be set at the beginning of the course to suit participants' availability.
