Health Research

The Department of Health actively engages in a variety of research related activities.

The Department supports researchers to help identify community based research needs; partners with researchers on projects of interest to the Department; and undertakes long-term planning to fill research voids.

The Department of Health also collaborates with the Interagency Human Health Research Review Body, a partnership between stakeholders to provide a review and vetting process for those seeking research licenses in Nunavut.  Research related questions can be directed to: HealthResearch@gov.nu.ca
