Alcohol and drugs can harm your body and mind, and relationships with family and friends.

Prescription drugs should only be used as directed by your doctor, nurse or pharmacist.

Alcohol and drugs can be addictive.

Drinking in moderation is fine. Learn to drink safely and responsibly.

If you decide to stop using alcohol or drugs, you should get help and support from others.

If you have thought about quitting alcohol or drugs, help is available. If you think that you or someone you know might have an addiction, call or visit your local health centre.
