In this Diversity in the Workplace course, you will learn how to work productively in a diverse workplace to:
- Increase your self-awareness and your awareness of others
- Recognize and value human differences
- Develop strategies for fostering organizational diversity
You should take this course if you want to:
- Develop awareness and knowledge of the many dimensions if diversity
- Identify the major components of culture and influence on the individual and on relationships
- Examine the effect of group affiliations on individual identity
- Explore the costs and effects of stereotyping
- Recognize the stages toward an inclusive workplace
- Improve communication among diverse employees AND
- Test your knowledge in the included end of course exam
