Overview
The purpose of this course is to provide participants with basic project management knowledge. The course is specifically designed for new project managers, or those without previous formal project management training. A comprehensive overview of project management techniques is provided so participants can effectively plan, manage, and control projects based on the standards of the Project Management Institute (PMI). Theory and practical examples of these methodologies are provided in an interactive format and skills can be immediately applied in the work environment. Both the technical and soft skill sides of project management are covered.
