Call for members - Nunavut Apprenticeship, Trade and Occupations Certification Board

Would you like to help guide the future of trades in Nunavut?

The Nunavut Apprenticeship, Trade and Occupations Certification (NATOC) Board is accepting applications and nominations from Nunavummiut for members of the Board for a two-year term beginning June 2019.

The Board is an advisory group that provides strategic direction and recommendations to the Minister of Family Services on matters relating to apprenticeship, trade and occupations, and receives and reviews appeals under the Apprenticeship Act.

Board members must be a Nunavut resident, with current, pertinent knowledge and direct experience in trades and industry developments in Nunavut, and/or be an active journeyperson in one of the Nunavut designated trades, with no less than five years of experience after obtaining trade certification.
