Court Services

Court Services is responsible for the provision of support services for the Nunavut Court of Justice, such as providing assistance to the public, the judiciary, counsel, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) and other officials.

Additional responsibilities include the administration of the Sheriff's office, the Justice of the Peace program, the Family Support program and the provision of access to legal research through the Nunavut Court of Justice Law Library.
