Employee Pay Information - May 29, 2020

All GN employees will continue to be paid as scheduled on May 29, 2020.

Indeterminate employees will receive regular salary.

All casual and relief employees are required to submit timesheets for the period May 2 to May 15, 2020. Time sheets must be received by your pay office by 5 p.m., Friday, May 15, 2020 and must be authorized. At this time, electronic approvals will be accepted. Please consult with your departmental human resources for specific instructions on submitting your timesheet.

Non-standard pay such as overtime, acting pay and any recoveries (including AWOL and LWOP) will be processed for all employees. Please submit them in the normal manner.

Employees who receive cheques will continue to receive them as usual. If your community has banking services, we encourage you to set up a bank account to ensure timely receipt of your pay. For those who receive direct deposit, paystubs will be issued at a later date.
