Mental Health and Addictions Program Supervisor

Reporting to the Regional Manager, Mental Health and Addictions (MHA), this MHA Supervisor oversees the delivery of programs provided by MHA Outreach Workers, Youth Program Facilitators, and MHA Assistants. The MHA Program Supervisor impacts the overall management of community programs and enhances supports for MHA staff.

Mental Health and Addictions Program Supervisor

Reporting to the Regional Manager, this position oversees the delivery of programs provided by MHA Outreach Workers, MHA Youth Program Facilitators, and MHA Assistants and is a key resource to all MHA staff in its region regarding mental health and addictions programs and will be responsible for the orientation and education of new staff and be a proponent in implementing quality services for mental health and addictions clients.

Reporting to the Manager, Human Resources, the Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for providing advice, guidance and support to all staff within the Department of Culture and Heritage(C&H) and Inuit Uqausinginnik Taiguusiliuqtiit (IUT) through the effective delivery of staffing and recruitment, Inuit employment, employee orientation, performance management initiatives, training and development, employee relations, and human resources reporting.
