Early setup of customer accounts for Iqaluit’s pilot beer and wine store

The Government of Nunavut (GN) is opening a pilot beer and wine store in Iqaluit later this summer.

You need a customer account to purchase from the store. For convenience, the Nunavut Liquor Commission (NULC) is inviting customers to create or update their customer accounts before the store opens.

Setting up a customer account is easy:

  • Download an application from the Department of Finance’s website or pick one up from the Iqaluit permit office on the first floor of the Parnaivik Building (# 924).
  • Prove you are 19 or older with government-issued ID that includes your photo and birthdate, like a driver’s licence, Nunavut general ID card or passport. Attach a copy to your application or show your ID to a NULC employee.
  • Submit your application by email to @email or by dropping it off at the Iqaluit permit office.

For more information, please contact NULC by phone at 867-645-8475 or by email at @email.
