Lottery licence application submissions

Last updated Monday, April 8, 2024

The Department of Community and Government Services’ Consumer Affairs division is reminding charitable and religious organizations in Nunavut to submit their lottery licence applications one month prior to the start of an anticipated lottery event. This allows sufficient time to complete a thorough review of the request and gather any missing information or documents.

Applications received less than one month before a proposed event are subject to a late filing fee of $100 for each lottery licence application in addition to the applicable fee.

The Consumer Affairs team is available to help first-time and returning applicants and organizations looking to create or renew existing lottery licence applications. For more information or to request a lottery licence application, please visit the lottery licence webpage or email @email.
