Call for nominations: Community Joint Planning and Management Committee for the Sylvia Grinnell and Qaummaarviit Territorial Parks
The Government of Nunavut (GN) and the Qikiqtani Inuit Association (QIA) are now accepting nominations for six appointments to the Community Joint Planning and Management Committee (CJPMC) for the Sylvia Grinnell and Qaummaarviit Territorial Parks.
The CJPMC provides advice and recommendations to the GN on the planning, establishment, operation and management of the Sylvia Grinnell and Qaummaarviit Territorial Parks in Iqaluit.
Interested individuals should have demonstrated knowledge, interest and experience in parks, tourism, and Inuit culture and heritage.
