Call for nominations to the Nunavik Marine Region Wildlife Board

The Government of Nunavut is looking for nominations to fill its seat on the Nunavik Marine Region Wildlife Board (NMRWB).

The NMRWB acts as the main instrument for managing wildlife in the Nunavik Marine Region with responsibilities such as deciding total allowable harvest quotas and basic needs levels.

If you are familiar with wildlife management in the Nunavik Marine Region and would like to contribute to the work of the NMRWB, or if you would like to nominate someone else, please submit a resume and application form. Application forms are available on the Department of Environment website.

Please submit your resume and application to Patrick Huggins or Naomie Pudluk by 5 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on July 31, 2020.
