Call for proposals – Youth Initiatives Funding

In the spirit of Tunnganarniq (fostering good spirits by being open, welcoming, and inclusive), Qanuqtuurniq (being innovative and resourceful) and Pijitsirniq (serving and providing for family and/or community), the Department of Family Services is now accepting proposals for community-based initiatives focused on creating safe spaces for youth, such as:

  • youth transitional housing.
  • youth overnight shelters/youth emergency shelters.
  • youth programming within Nunavut.
