No known cases of measles or mumps in Nunavut

The Department of Health is advising Nunavummiut that there are no known cases of measles or mumps in Nunavut. Residents who are travelling out of the territory, including sports teams, should make sure their immunizations are up-to-date.

There have been cases of measles and mumps confirmed in some parts of Canada.

You can receive your free vaccinations at your local health centre, or at Iqaluit Public Health.
