Nunavut celebrates National Nursing Week 

During National Nursing Week, May 6 to May 12, 2019, the Government of Nunavut (GN) Department of Health wants to recognize the hardworking nurses in the territory. 

Nurses: A Voice to Lead– Health for All is this year’s National Nursing Week theme. Through their unique experiences, nurses have the potential to improve the health system and enable people to live healthy, productive lives. Nunavut’s nurses go beyond administering health care, they also advocate for their patients, their families and their communities.
