Nunavut Minimum Wage Survey

The Department of Justice is inviting Nunavummiut to take part in a review of Nunavut’s minimum wage by responding to a survey for businesses and residents.

The Minimum Wage Survey can be completed online or by submitting a paper copy. All information provided in the survey is confidential and will help the Department of Justice assess the minimum wage in Nunavut. The minimum wage was last increased on April 1, 2020, to $16 an hour.

The minimum wage is the lowest hourly rate that an employer in Nunavut under territorial jurisdiction can pay their employees.

To participate, take the survey at http://app.gtmcanada.com/minimum-wage-survey/.

For a paper copy of the survey to complete and submit directly, please see your local Government Liaison Officer.

The survey will be open until June 25, 2023.
