NWT wildfires: travel notice for ALTS students

The Department of Family Services’ Career Development Division, responsible for the Adult Learning and Training Supports (ALTS) program, is monitoring the wildfire situation in the Northwest Territories (NWT), and the impacts on flights originally scheduled to pass through Yellowknife.

ALTS clients who have travel booked through Yellowknife should contact their Career Development Officer (CDO) to check on the status of their flights and accommodations. CDOs will work with ALTS clients to re-schedule flights and accommodations if needed.

Please note that there may be changes to flight schedules that impact travel dates and available routes.

CDOs will notify clients if there are any changes in their travel due to the NWT wildfires.
