Public meeting to discuss Sanikiluaq liquor plebiscite

Residents of Sanikiluaq, do you want to learn more about the upcoming liquor plebiscite?

The Nunavut Liquor and Cannabis Commission is holding a public meeting to discuss possible changes to the current community liquor status from a prohibited to a restricted quantities system.

The meeting will take place on January 22, 2019, from 9 to 11 p.m. at the community hall. Refreshments will be provided.

The liquor plebiscite will be held on February 4, 2019. For more information about the upcoming public meeting, please email @email.
