Request for Expressions of Interest for NULC container recycling program

The Nunavut Liquor and Cannabis Commission (NULC) is inviting individuals and companies to submit proposals to be shortlisted as potential agents for the container recycling program.

The container recycling program aims to recycle aluminum cans and reduce waste in Nunavut. The NULC charges a deposit on aluminum cans and offers a partial refund when customers return the cans. The other portion of the refund will be paid to the vendor(s) responsible for removing the cans and recycling them.

A Request for Expressions of Interest (RFEI) is an initial step to pre-screen companies and individuals to create a list of potential qualified vendors. To read more about the RFEI and the requirements, please visit https://bit.ly/3JiBcgV. Applications will remain open until the NULC has enough agents.
