Reminder: 2024 Homeowner Fuel Rebate deadline is March 31

The Department of Finance would like to remind Nunavummiut that the deadline for the 2024 Homeowner Fuel Rebate is March 31.
The Homeowner Fuel Rebate provides eligible homeowners with a $1,000 non-taxable refund to assist with the costs of heating their home.
Applications can be made online, in person or by mail. Information on how to apply is available on the Homeowner Fuel Rebate page on the Government of Nunavut website.
Homeowners who owned their home on December 1, 2023 can apply for the rebate. Applications for the 2024 program will remain open until March 31, 2024.
